Entry Requirements

Diploma in Nursing

The applicant must have LGCSE/COSC or equivalent, for Foreign acquired qualifications should be evaluated by the Examinations Council of Lesotho (ECOL) before submission.

REQUIREMENTS/DESCRIPTION
LGSCE/COSC
A candidate must have passed a minimum of six (6) Subjects. Four (4) of which must be passed with a geade C or better, which must include at least one Science subject i.e Physical Science, Biology, Chemistry or Physics. D or better in Mathematics. D or better in English language.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Applicants may also be considered under Recognition of Prior Learning if they meet the following criteria:  Certificate in Nursing Assistant Added advantage: Two years or more working experience as a Nursing Assistant, A pass with Distinction.
Students Transfering In
Previous level/Semester results, Testimonial from Pricipal Nurse Educator (PNE and COSC/LGCSE)

Diploma in Midwifery: Face-to-Face

The applicants must possess Diploma in Nursing second year transcript pending final results OR Diploma in Nursing. Registered with Lesotho Nursing Council. For foreign applicants, a proof of registration with the professional regulatory body of own country, validation of certificates from own country and ECOL evaluation certificate.

Diploma in Midwifery: ODL
